I am a nutrition and health science professional pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. With a background in military leadership and public health communication, I focus on practical, evidence based strategies that support long term health and vitality.
My philosophy for health and Vitality is centered around evidenced-based nutrition and fitness. I am an advocate for sustainable patient first diets paired with physical training to build and preserve the body and the mind, which is essential for vitality across the lifespan.
Students will explore the human body and its systems with special focus on systems physiology through a nutrition lens. Topics include cell physiology, muscle physiology, heart and circulatory physiology, kidney physiology, immune physiology, and respiratory physiology.
Dynamic and detail-oriented professional with five years of logistical and supervisory experience in the U.S. Army, collaborating with personnel from over 15 countries and training United Nations and European Union teams. Skilled in leadership, conflict resolution, and program development, with a proven record of improving operational efficiency and managing multimillion-dollar assets. I Hold a Bachelor’s of Science in health science (with a focus on Nutrition) from North Central College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at King’s College.
